Jinzai SoSkills Pvt. Ltd. is dedicated to extending child safety education and personal protection training to children from under-resourced communities and institutions lacking operational funds.

Aim of the Charter

The core objective of this Charter is to build safe, protected environments for children in need, regardless of their socioeconomic background.

Through certified POCSO trainers, we deliver age-appropriate personal safety workshops for children and POCSO Act, 2012 compliance training for caregivers and institutional staff.

Who it is for

Verified grassroots non-governmental organisations (NGOs), shelter homes, non-formal community learning centres, and institutions that lack dedicated budgets or resources for safety training.

Pro-bono facilitation is extended exclusively to verified non-profit partners upon proposal review and resource availability.

Who it is not for

Private educational institutions, well-funded organisations, government bodies, and established NGOs that possess the financial capacity to support training programmes.

Engagements with these institutions, as well as corporate-sponsored child safety or L&D programmes, are onboarded through our standard commercial consulting and retainer frameworks.

Co-Founder, Director & Chief Purpose Officer

Debapriya Mukherjee is India’s first Visual Voice Coach, L&D specialist, Behavioral Facilitator and the Lead Trainer and Facilitator at Jinzai SoSkills. An Internationally Certified Soft Skills Coach, event anchor, columnist and storyteller, she transforms every learning journey into a high-impact, experiential process.

As Chief Purpose Officer, she drives core initiatives in Soft Skills & Behavioral Mastery, executive presence, and statutory POSH & POCSO compliance.

CA Rabi Sankar Mukherjee

Co-Founder, Director & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Bringing over five decades of expertise as a practising Chartered Accountant, he is presently the proprietor of R. S. Mukhopadhyay & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He leads the organisation’s overall financial strategy, fiscal governance and long-term capital management.
