1. Who we are

Jinzai SoSkills Private Limited (“Jinzai”, “we”, “us”) runs soft-skills and personal-development programmes for individuals, schools, colleges and organisations. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our programmes, why we collect it and how we look after it.

We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us, for example when you send an enquiry or join a programme:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • your school, college or organisation;
  • who the learning is for and which programme interests you;
  • anything you choose to tell us in your message;
  • for participants, attendance and feedback related to the programme.

Information collected automatically when you visit the website, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location. This is collected through cookies and similar tools (see Section 8).

3. How we use your information

  • to reply to your enquiry and recommend a suitable programme;
  • to arrange, deliver and improve our programmes;
  • to send information you have asked for, such as schedules or updates about a programme you joined;

We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Consent

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give us, for example by ticking the consent box on our enquiry form, or for purposes the law allows without consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

5. Children’s data

Some of our programmes are for children under 18. We collect a child’s personal data only with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, or through the school or institution responsible for the child. We do not use children’s data for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.

See our Child Protection Policy for how we keep children safe.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

  • with trusted service providers who help us run the website, send email or manage enquiries, under contracts that protect your data;
  • with the school, college or organisation that arranged a programme you take part in, where relevant;
  • with government or law-enforcement authorities when the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a programme are deleted after [12 months].

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make it work properly and, where enabled, to understand how visitors use it [e.g. Google Analytics]. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
